I now can manage to do a long run... err... run at first and then walk all throughout i guess? haha! but at least I can finish it. :)




I hope to improve my running not my walking ;)

I did it!

I was able to reach my goal of 75 minutes for my 1st 10k run this year. :)

RUN in Rain

It was raining cats and dogs since yesterday, so i really prepared myself for tonight's run. I packed everything that i needed before heading out for my wednesday night anr session. As expected, it rained ver very hard... Our warm up run turned out to be a shower run. I wished there was an eye wiper like the ones that windshields have. I can barely see where I was going. I swamped my foot on watery puddles that soaked my running shoes very well. We still managed to run 4kms. after a nice warmup. :) I am thankful that I have a great body and that I can stand the heavy rain pour running with all smiles.:)

hello blog, i missed you

dear you, i missed you so much. I have been quite busy and was not able to check on you for quite a long time now... I've been running a lot but still eating a lot more than running hehe... that's why i'm still fat as ever... :) so here I am now, happy and running just like forest :)that's me with my running friends and a couple of picture of me and my son :)

October 31st, + my laptop just died and the desktop that we have at home is often used by my son, so i just have to resort myself in using my mobile phone.... Hehe poor Happy hallooweeeeen! 🎃🎃

THUNDERBIRD RESORTS brings us, "ONDOY NO MORE" Fun Run for a Cause. Happening on September 26, 2010 at Thunderbird Resorts - Binangonan, Rizal. There will be a 3k, 5k and 10k race. Run while enjoying and helping nature! There will be exciting prizes for the Top Finishers too!
